The redeveloped RoadSense strategy is now up and running.

The new strategy, developed with the help of 158 schools in areas with high crash statistics, officially began at the start of Term 3, 2007. Its goal is to help reduce the number of children killed and injured on New Zealand roads.

Thanks to all the schools which helped during the action research period.

You have come up with some great ideas, given us lots of wonderful feedback and provided invaluable assistance in developing the new teacher handbook.

Good luck with the new strategy, and we look forward to hearing about what you have been up to.
